Sleep is a natural part of everybody’s life, but many people know very little about how important it is. In this lecture, Dr. Kenneth Hoffman, DACM, Medical Director of SOPHIA Natural Health Center, will cover the three natural solutions to sleep problems: vitamins, exercise and physical treatment.
