Qigong Exercises for Health
Qigong is an over 5,000 year old Chinese health method that combines slow, graceful movements with mental concentration and breathing. The standing postures and breathing exercises improve circulation, reduce stress, cultivate and balance chi or “life energy, and enhances the immune system! This will be a participatory seminar – loose fitting clothes are suggested. Exercise is gentle, there are no restrictions, anyone can do it!
