Tao Yin is stress reduction technique. Found in an ancient burial ground, Mawangdui; on a silk scroll, there was one of the oldest forms of medical exercise recorded. Tao Yin, which means guiding and stretching, is a form of gentle exercise. It resembles a blend of Qigong, Yoga, and Tai Chi. The practice is gentle and invigorating, with the focus on improving circulation, moving lymph, stress reduction, improving balance, and harmonizing the nervous system. This form of exercise is beneficial to everyone and is still taught in hospitals in China today.
This lecture is participatory, and will give you a healthy, easy exercise that you can do at any age
, anywhere. Loose fitting clothes are suggested. Exercise is gentle, there are no restrictions, anyone can do it!
