Medical Minute with Dr. Ken Hoffman: A Lesson in Good Nutrition
Good Morning! Welcome to this week’s Medical Minute. I’m Dr. Ken Hoffman from Sophia Natural Health Center. We want to talk about good nutrition. Good nutrition promotes health while nutrient deficiencies leads to many chronic diseases.
A lot of my patients ask about multivitamins and the taking of multivitamins. Most of them I find aren’t complete or they use sub quality ingredients in them. That’s why we’ve created the “Total Essentials Health Nutrients” which is convenient packages! So “Total Essentials Package” is based on the strategy that number 1: it has to be simple to take. As well as based on the strategy that you need a certain amount of nutrients for your bodies reserves to be built up to avoid disease. Omega 3 fatty acid reserves are important too for cardiovascular health and for anti inflammation. Also Phytonutrient Reserves which is all of the different components and enzymes.
