Winter Workshop in Conjunction with Brookfield Park and Rec
Chinese Medicine is the oldest medical system in the world dating back 4,000 years!
This ancient medical system has been proven to benefit a number of common health problems by addressing the root cause. During the workshop, you will learn how to utilize simple principles of Chinese Medicine to better serve a healthy lifestyle. We will go over not just theory but also perform demonstrations such as cupping therapy, and acupressure.
