Arthritis and Chronic Pain

Over 50 million Americans suffer with joint disease. Arthritis is an inflammation of the joints. It can affect one joint or multiple joints. Two of the most common types are osteoarthritis (OA) and rheumatoid arthritis (RA). The symptoms of arthritis usually develop over time, but they may also appear suddenly. Arthritis is most commonly seen in adults over the age of 65, but it can also develop in children, teens, and younger adults.
Dr. Ken Hoffman, DACM, L.Ac., and Medical Director of SOPHIA Natural Health Center in Brookfield, will explain what arthritis is, who is susceptible to arthritis, and what causes it. He will share an Integrative Natural Medicine Approach to relieving it as well as steps to help prevent joint disease and chronic pain – All without drugs that can cause harmful side effects!
