We’ll be handing out information about our clinic and providing free pain and stress relief treatments. Saturday – 10 am to 2:00 pm. Drop by and say hello… Bring your friends and family for a free treatment!
Do you want to make smart choices in improving the health and fitness of you and your family? Ridgefield Parks & Recreation has teamed up with the Ridgefield Chamber of Commerce Health & Wellness Council and the Ridgefield Prevention Council to present Destination Wellness. It’s a celebration of healthy living with free and fun activities for the whole family. There will be fabulous prizes and giveaways galore for attendees!
Activities include:
- Families in Motion (ages 5+): Get Active with Your Kids (9:30-10:30 am)
- Adult Fitness Classes (see below)
- Car Seat Safety Check by the Ridgefield Police Department
- Drug Take-Back Collection by the Ridgefield Police Department
- Healthy Food Options for Sale
- Raffles and More!
