QiGong is an over 5,000 year old Chinese health method that combines slow, graceful movements with mental concentration and breathing. The standing postures and breathing exercises improve circulation, reduce stress, cultivate and balance chi or “life energy, and enhances the immune system! The Integrative Dietary Therapy System combines the wisdom of food energetics in Chinese Medicine with the scientific knowledge of nutrition. By utilizing both aspects of food and nutrition, this therapy will aid in the healing process and improve the patient’s overall health.
